Shipping policy

Kiln Goblin Ceramics is a single person operation, so please allow 3-5 business days before your package is shipped.  All packages are sent through USPS Priority mail, and typically arrives within 3 days of your item being shipped, but that time can be subject to change, particularly during high volume times of year.  Kiln Goblin Ceramics is not responsible for the timeliness of the shipping once it has left the studio for shipping.

All items are shipped with insurance through the USPS.  If your item is damaged during transit, you can open a claim through the USPS website at this LINK.
