My wax melters are near and dear to my heart, because they are the first objects that I really started to experiment with carving on. In part that was because I wanted the light of the candle to flicker through gaps in the base, so it was a bit less of an issue when and if my knives cut through all the way. While I do have a couple repeating styles that I use to guide each piece, each one is completely unique.
